Gourmet tourists visiting Versailles can experience a French culinary class presented in English, preceded by a guided visit to the market!

Seasonal Cuisine and Shared Pleasures

A full meal inspired by contemporary cuisine and also traditional French fare, using seasonal products available in the market, which you will be more than capable of recreating for your friends or family.
Once the cooking is over, enjoy sharing the meal with all the participants. Wine and coffee will be offered.

Traditional French Cuisine and a Guided Tour of the Market

Class presented in English for foreign tourists.
Take the time to visit Notre-Dame market, and meet selected professionals and producers. Then come into the kitchen, create a complete meal and enjoy it!

Cakes and Sweets

Patricia unveils all the secrets of Macarons, tarts, charlottes and verrines.
After the class each participant will take their dessert away with them, and enjoy saying "I made it myself"!

Today's Cuisine for children (6/14 years)

Gourmet and healthy recipes to introduce children to flavours and balanced meals: A great way to establish good eating habits from the beginning, and have fun at the same time!

The children will bring their creations home with them.

Subscriptions

We also offer a package of 5 classes for the price for 4, for both the cuisine and patisserie options. The culinary package is priced at €320, the patisserie package at €200 and the children package at €140. The classes are to be taken over a 6-month period, and can be reserved on-line class by class. Gift vouchers

Would you like to give a class as a gift? Choose one of our packages and contact us, giving the participant's name and address so that we can send him/her a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.

Children's Birthday Tea

A special birthday tea package is offered on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, on reservation. The package lasts 2h30 hours (2 hour class and 30 minutes for tea) at a total price of €180. The children will cook 3 patisseries (sugared choux pastry balls, cannelé cakes, meringues, miniature tarts, etc) and taste them before bringing some home. To book, please contact us.
