Following 20 years spent in corporate human resources management, Patricia has chosen to pursue a personal ambition: to share her love for delicious cuisine by creating a workshop in Versailles, her home town.

As a genuine professional with a long-standing passion for good food, she attended culinary and patisserie classes at the Ecole du Cordon Bleu, Paris. She was awarded her "Grand Diploma" in spring 2009.
