Following 20 years spent in corporate human resources management, Patricia has chosen to pursue a personal ambition: to share her love for delicious cuisine by creating a workshop in Versailles, her home town.
As a genuine professional with a long-standing passion for good food, she attended culinary and patisserie classes at the Ecole du Cordon Bleu, Paris. She was awarded her Grand Diploma in spring 2009.

In the heart of Versailles, is ideally situated opposite Notre-Dame market, founded by Louis XIV, and the old covered markets with their evocative names: Flour Square, Meat Square, Herb Square and Fresh Catch Square. Here, Patricia has selected the very best stalls: greengrocer, butcher, cheese-maker and fishmonger, to provide fresh products daily for each culinary class.
, which opened in September 2009, is situated on the first floor of a beautiful 18th century building. An area of 50m² has been thoughtfully fitted out to create both a friendly atmosphere and a practical setting for classes. Timeless materials (wood, stone and linen) and quality equipment paired with warm colours create an unpretentious cosy atmosphere in which you will feel at home.
